• Put your top priority at the start of the day.
Whatever action is going to lead to the most long-term succes (whatever success means to you), needs to happen before life gets in the way. Put it first and kick of the day with a big win!
• Minimise the time you spend on the things that don’t matter.
This is things like eating healthy. You can minimise the time by food prepping, buying healthy snacks before you need them, or knowing the spots where you can get a quick, healthy meal from. In the long run, it supports your overall health, but in the short-term it can be a total mental hassle. So minimise that hassle as much as possible.
• Sleep!!
You need to be getting 5-6 sleep cycles (1x sleep cycle = 90mins). It’s one of the biggest markers for longevity and mental clarity. I can’t push this enough!
• Create space for guilt-free rest
Self-care is not a luxury; it’s a necessity. If you go through huge doses of mental, emotional and/or physical stress – you need to be resting in equal amounts to be able to recover and adapt. Otherwise your growth will decline and you’ll have gained almost nothing.
and one more – this is the big one!

• Stay clear on your vision
Set time to plan out what you want for yourself.
Be really clear on your vision. Write it down and understand what you’re willing to contribute to be able to achieve this vision.
After you’ve set the initial framework, then it’s important to have a repeat reflection and review.
This is what I do:
• 15 minutes every Monday to check in what’s happening this week
• 8 minutes every other day to keep tabs on how I’m tracking
• 2 hours every month, I usually take myself out for dinner, to check in on my metrics and if there needs to be any changes
• 2 days every year, I love to book a holiday by myself, to check in on my vision and if things have changed since last year.
